02-24-2024I purchased a unit and couldnt get anyone to answer the phone in the last hour of being open so I showed up the following day at the opening time. No ines here. Customer service gave me a direct number and no one answered. The facility seems great, however I am here to conduct business, and my time is being held.

02-23-2024Wow! Just had the best customer service possible by Juanita... given my most nerve wrecking, long hectic experience with Public Storage to date. Had rented a unit at nearby Blue Mound property scheduled for movein today , but access codes did not work period, shockingly, to my surprise, nor does phone reception in the complex. Had to cancel that agreement with the help of an outstanding customer service agent because the code they assigned for me to have access did not ever work. So, I could not move in starting today as planned. So, i had to instead go rent down the way at Bonds Ranch. Juanita helped me get a unit. She was amazing , very patient, professional, and polite! She got me a comparable unit and set up for immediate access! Thanks, Juanita
