01-29-2024terrible employees and even worse customer service. with almost no notice, the price increased by 40% mice got into the unit and into my belongings. they make you pay for a non-refundable lock with low-level security features. (you can't use your own lock) they make you pay for garbage insurance. they make you sign away rights to sue them even if they are negligent and at fault for loss or damage to your property.
