02-20-2024Do NOT rent a unit at this location. We have had MULTIPLE issues accessing our unit here. We have had previous positive experiences with the location on Fairbanks but this location is the worst. The elevator code reader is always breaking so the girl who runs the place just shuts the doors and locks up the stairwells so you cannot access your unit. She also closes the garage doors at 4pm almost every day because she likes to leave early, so you have to go through some side door. Yesterday was the second time that we had an event that we needed our supplies for that we keep within the unit, and we could not access it. This was 4pm in the afternoon. There were 3 other people there having the same frustration. Even the elevator repair guy couldn't access the elevator room to make a repair because the place was locked up and a ghost town.The office is closed for 'renovation' . We had to run around and purchase items we already own in order to pull off our event! We were panicked. It is a horrible feeling to not be able to access your belongings during normal business hours and never know if you're going to be able to get in or not. There are also only 3 flatbed carts, so if there are more than a couple people there you are out of luck. All around a terrible experience. If I could give it zero stars I would.

02-15-2024Drove from my new house over 100 miles away to empty my unit because they have raised the price too many times and they have no power to the doors, no power to the elevators and concrete dust everywhere.
