Tara Burke, the store manager for the 11971 Lake Underhill location was AMAZING. I had to urgently flip my whole life around in four hours, and she was so helpful and helping me find the best unit for me to store all of my things. She went out of her way to find me the best rate, even if it wasnt from her location and she saved me over $600 while meeting my needs. I got a 5 x 10 that was climate controlled at the best price ever and its all thanks to her. I cannot stress enough, how amazing extra storage is and their employees. We had the best conversation and she was so down to earth. She lifted all of the weight from my shoulders through this hectic time. I felt seen. I felt heard and she did her best to ensure that I was going to be okay. Thank you Tara!

The facility is nice but the prices....... OH MY GOODNESS! They give a nice starting price but the price to store your belongings SKYROCKETS the longer you leave your things there.... It would seem like it would be the oppisite since most businesses value loyal, longtime customers.!! They actually read my post, and to my pleasant surprise responded to me personally and to the situation. They lady that contacted me works on site. (I wont use her name to protect her privacy) she went above and beyond to make the situation right!!! I feel better now!!! The Mgr. Tara, because of her willingness to help actually has made me WANT to go to my storage unit!!! At one time I dreaded going there. It just represented a rough time in my life! I look forward to going now. Her suggestions, and excellent customer service has made it a good good place to be!!!! Oh, the facility is serving its purpose. Clean, secure, air conditioned etc Thumbs up both hands!!!
