02-27-2024Shamar and Christine the property manager absolutely the best of the best. I had not visited my storage unit in nearly a year and a half. I couldnt open my storage unit by myself or not even a little bit. I called this Monday left a voicemail & Christine promptly called me and left a voicemail stating I could make an appointment with her to help me. Shamar & Christine helped me today open my storage unit doors even went up & beyond and got a ladder so we could see what was obstructing the roll up doors from opening. We got the doors open I was so happy ! Thank you so much both of you ! I would definitely recommend this location very clean & most of all secure. Top notch customer service! 1000 stars !
