01-28-2026This Extra Space Storage location is ????? for many reasons. I was able to find the location I wanted, pick the unit I wanted from the very detailed and informative list of available units and pay - all online. Within minutes I received a very lovely text message from this location's manager welcoming me and offering to help if I needed anything!! I am so impressed with all of those things, but there's ????. The facility is ????, extremely clean, plenty of parking, restrooms on every floor, two elevators and the hours are far better than the 7am-7pm that my other storage facility had!! I absolutely recommend Extra Space Storage. You won't be disappointed!!! ?????

01-15-2026I have been a customer of Extra Space Storage for NEARLY TWO YEARS and have maintained a PERFECT PAYMENT HISTORY during that entire time. The ONE AND ONLY MONTH I was late, I was subjected to treatment that was UNPROFESSIONAL, AGGRESSIVE, AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. A female employee approached me in a LOUD, HOSTILE, AND INTIMIDATING MANNER, demanding payment in a way that was neither respectful nor appropriate. The interaction caused me SIGNIFICANT DISTRESS and made me feel UNSAFE, raising immediate concerns about the SECURITY AND INTEGRITY OF MY PERSONAL PROPERTY. I felt SINGLED OUT, TARGETED, AND RACIALLY PROFILED, which is deeply troubling and wholly inappropriate, particularly given my long-standing history as a responsible and compliant customer. Such conduct reflects a SERIOUS FAILURE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS, AND EMPLOYEE TRAINING. This experience has resulted in a LOSS OF TRUST in the management of this location. No customer should be subjected to HARASSMENT OR INTIMIDATION, especially over a SINGLE LATE PAYMENT following years of on-time payments. Due to this incident, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION and strongly urge CORPORATE MANAGEMENT TO INVESTIGATE THIS MATTER IMMEDIATELY. The Simi Valley location demonstrates a SYSTEMIC ISSUE that requires prompt corrective action.
