Im very grateful to Dan, his commitment to his job, his professionalism and for the time he continues to spend with all current and future customers, that reach out to the main office of this location. Ive personally witnessed it first hand. Ive seen and observed this awesome customer service, when he is helping customers in person and by phone. Its not easy to work with the public. Ive interacted with Dan more, but Ive also had the opportunity to interact with the other employees by phone or personally within the office over the years. All of the Extra Space Storage employees at this location, that Ive interacted with, are respectful, courteous, helpful, genuinely supportive and professional. Couldnt ask for more. The customer service, as well as the safety and cleanliness of the storage facility, are the reasons why I continue to be a committed customer of theirs, by storing my personal valuables there.
