She took her time showing me multiple units that could meet my needs, which no one has ever done for me before purchasing. Her patience and attention to detail truly stood out, and I couldnt have asked for a better representative. Thank you, Lajuan, for making this such a smooth and positive experience!

06-20-2025Appreciate the great customer service at the Newell St location. Store Manager Mr. Wright is always patient & friendly. He explains everything clearly and was helpful in getting me transferred & even on initial move-in. The facility/units are clean & easily accessible. I didnt give 5 stars only because the web advertising could be more transparent in stating that the rates are promotional and will expire in 3 months. I imagine that is a corporate-mandated thing so I would still recommend the Newell St facility. Thanks for making my experience a good one thus far.
