The next day, Dale reached out to me from this location with a call and text helping me with my issue, and it couldnt have come at a better time with his help. I thought that was very professional of Dale to reach out so quickly and help me with my issue. Ive been with Public Storage on and off for many years and theyre always willing to help and the units are clean, safe with cameras & locking gates around the facility. Easy going and good st his job he made the process simple straight forward, no bullshitting around, answered all question just the same. And really he's the reason for all star review from me. Essentially the only thing differing this facilty to the next to a garage rented from little ole Thelma down the street is the office personnel. Thanks Dale! Hey corp. He took us to look at it first and after filling in all the paperwork which he was also very helpful with we went back and he even swept out the floor of the unit. He showed me how the gate and the door worked and how to use the storage lock. He made it a very easy and pleasant experience. Thanks Dale Debra OConnor
