Safety is great. Temperature control is a joke. Stored cookie cutters here and when removed from storage, hundreds of dollars of cutters are badly warped (this is a large collection).
Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through from Public Storage. At the beginning of November, I was informed that a check was being mailed to me. After following up in the middle of the month, I was told that I should expect it by the end of the month. However, the end of November came and went, and I still hadn't received anything. After a month of getting the runaround, I was recently informed that I needed to submit a request for the check. Why wasn't this clearly communicated to me from the beginning? This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Public Storage based on my experience.

In October 2023, I found myself in a situation where I needed to pay a balance for my storage unit. To my relief, I was informed by your staff that I did not need to pay the late fees and that my items would remain secure. However, this turned out to be misinformation, as l later discovered that my unit had been sold for a mere $4,000, despite the fact that the value of my belongings exceeded $50,000. To make matters worse, when I reached out to resolve the issue, I was met with a frustrating runaround. Since October , I have been trying to get answers and assistance, but no one seems to have the information I need. Phone calls go unanswered, and I am left feeling helpless and unheard. This entire experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I cannot in good conscience recommend renting a storage unit from any Public Storage facility. The lack of communication, misinformation, and ultimately the loss of my valuable belongings have been nothing short of a nightmare. I sincerely hope that you take my feedback seriously and take immediate action to rectify the situation. I believe that it is crucial for your company to address these issues, improve customer service, and ensure that no other individuals have to endure such a distressing experience.
