12-03-2023Rented a drive up space for 2 months, everything stayed safe and dry. My main complaint is the insane amount of bugs that got into the unit. When I moved in there was a few spiders no big deal. By the time I moved out it was a whole different story. I found wasps, spiders, stink bugs, roaches, lady bugs, centipedes, potato bugs, ear wigs, weevils, silverfish, etc. I haven't fully unpacked yet and am scared to see how many have nested inside my clothes/bedding.

The prices are fair for the area, the facility is clean and closely monitored with cameras and fulltime staff. There are plenty of carts throughout to help move things to and from your car to the units. Pat was exceptional! Her service is second to none and we appreciated every interaction with her. Thank you, Pat, for all of your assistance and superior service! I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage and terrific customer service!
