This was my first time ever purchasing a storage unit, and the customer service was good. When I got the call back from Teri she was so polite and nice on the phone. When I went to the office I was greeted by the manager name Adrain and he was very nice and helpful.

I had a great experience with the Extra Space Storage at cloverfield blvd, Santa Monica. I booked a space online and went to the office to check-in. The Manager Terri was very helpful when I discovered that the space I rented was unsuitable for my requirements. She showed me multiple spaces until we found the one that works best for me. She credited my payment towards my new space and even offered me a choice of different locks. She made the move-in experience quite smooth and easy. This location is clean, secure and well maintained. It is near Santa Monica Water Garden, Metro Expo line station at 26th Street, and the expo bike paths. Overall, 5 stars for this location and the manager.
