08-20-2024I have had my storage here for the last nine years and have never had a problem. I here about the other places with all they're security issues and have never had or heard of any at this facility plus the management has always been so helpful with any questions i may have.

08-20-2024CESAR IS AWESOME, EXTRA SPACE IS NOT This review is specifically about Cesar, who should get five stars for helping me out after my rate was raised by $80 per month without warning. He said he would go above and beyond and take it up with a district manager to get my rate down. He took care of it within a day and props to him. BUT My rate was still increased by $20 at the end of the day and nowhere did it say in the contract that this would happen. The company blames The Economy ? for arbitrarily raising rates. Next time Ill just have a yard sale.

07-31-2024Clean Facility, prompt service, paid for a year of storage in advance which allowed me to keep the promo price for 12 months I will get reimbursed advance rent if I move out early 1/3 the price I paid at Public Storage Best pricing Easy to drive in - find Dollies- easy access codes Elevator doesnt require code like Public Storage 38th Ave has a great drive through one way - convenient road Very secure facility Havent seen people hanging around inside or outside - Ive only seen customers loading unloading their storage I like the colors of the walls - cleanliness - very nice space with easy open door I used to have the roll up gate at Public Storages I like the easy open door Storage is at least 8 + feet tall Pay in advance to avoid price increase Best storage Safe Secure
