03-04-2024On my move-in day the elevator was broken, so I had to use one that was very far away and doubled the time it took to load everything into the unit. While I was abroad, they told me they would be doing construction on the unit above me resulting in saw dust and other debris falling into my unit and I could use one of their complementary tarps to cover my things with. I was not in the country so I couldn't do this. They then would not let my friend who was local do it, even tho she was on the list of people that could access my unit. (They would have had to break the lock and we gave the 3 days notice to do this but they still wouldnt do it even when I wanted to do this so badly). Then they raised the price on my unit after a few months. Now that Im finally able to take out my belongings from this god forsaken place, its all covered in this thick layer of dust from their construction. Getting into contact with someone to do anything here is impossible, Ive been passed around, given emails, etc. it couldnt matter less to them. The employee admitted they were in the wrong when I showed him my unit, gave my an email, but they wont respond, Ive tried. This was so stressful and Ive wasted so much time dealing with this place. Now I get to clean all my stuff in addition to moving into my new place. Never will I come back here
