05-17-2023Prior to getting our storage unit, I had spoken to Anthony on the phone a couple of times. He was always pleasant and so helpful! He went above and beyond when we met in person to make sure we got everything completed in the timeframe that we needed. Excellent customer service and so far we are very happy the unit and location!

02-17-2023This facility checks all the boxes! I feel good about it's location on Bird and Willow rather than getting a storage unit on the other side of 87 (I don't feel as safe there). The storage units are clean and the staff is fantastic! Kristi helped me process in, and then eventually out when I no longer needed extra storage. There's no hard sales pitch. All the supplies for moving are conveniently located in the office. I've used them twice and I'd highly recommend them. Kristi, thank you for being responsive, helpful and providing awesome customer service!
