02-18-2024OJ was so helpful, I thought for sure he worked on comission, but he doesnt. He helped me lease , was honest and looked up other options given my situation. When I ran into him looking for my unit ( after renting from kiosk) instead of letting me wonder he took me to my unit and made sure my lock worked. Since it did not work , he went to get his tools to secure my unit. I like that he informed me of the app to make my life more convenient when accessing the property, transferring, or managing my rental. THANK YOU OJ for all you do to keep this ship sailing.

02-04-2024This facility is clean and quiet. There is never anyone physically there to help, but they have an option to speak to someone via a kiosk. The location is a little sketchy, but I've never experienced any issues....just never felt safe in the area as a whole. The reason for my 1* is that the prices just keep hiking up, all without warning! My unit rent went from $140 per month to $300 per month in an 8 month period. I left this facility to move to another Public Storage facility....sadly, the same thing is happening again. I haven't even been there 6 months and I'm already being hit with a $40 per month increase. I will never use Public Storage again for this reason. It's robbery!!

01-02-2024I moved out of the unit and informed the office. I moved out on the 3rd of December but was told I would have to pay the full month anyway. Frustrated at the injustice, I cut my losses and moved on. Then, today I get an email that my January payment has auto-drafted, despite the fact I moved out a month ago! I guess the guy at the office never actually moved me out. After hours on hold on the phone, I was eventually told that I would have to print documentation that I was incorrectly charged and take it IN PERSON back to the premises I had already vacated. Worst company ever. Nothing but bad experiences. In the few years we were there, the amount we were charged per month more than doubled. Poorly run with zero customer service. Office is empty most of the time too.
