02-11-2024I have called several times, left messages, never received a call back. Been there several times and have never been able to locate a worker. Also COCKROACHES are on the 2nd floor, which we haven't been able to reach anyone to discuss. Very frustrating. Oh, and after a few months our rates are going up by $50 a month. Not pleased.

01-23-2024I would not recommend this facility to anyone had our stuff in an inside unit on the second floor and had been broken into it took them a day and a half before we were even notified and than when we did show up our stuff had been literally swept into a pile with dog feces and we were told they were not responsible..we lost things that cant be replaced like my dogs ashes.. Feel so helpless right now..

01-02-2024Go anywhere else but here. They raise your price constantly. I started at $200, and they raised me to $340. I will never use PS again.
