01-31-2024I rented this unit online. It did not say anything about the door not being full size. When I went into the office, they offered a unit on the 4th floor for the same price. I paid for a unit with outside access because my entire household is stored there. We had to work around the small door to get all my belongs into the unit. The light did not work in the unit. I moved in the unit in November and told management that the light did not work. Here it is February and they still have not fixed the light. When I go at night to get things, I have to aim my car towards the unit and use my headlights to try to see inside the unit. I am very disappointed in these units.

12-01-2023This storage facility used to be a very nice facility, until Public Storage took it over and put in some of the nastiest people in the office. Incredibly rude. They have no business dealing with the public. Not sure if Jimmy is still there, but he was such a pleasure to deal with. There is a woman that works there now, that needs to take customer service lessons somewhere. I don't recommend this place any more.
