02-15-2024I made my reservation on line, but chose to complete it in person. Ashley was amazing!! She explained everything I needed to know (sometimes twice) and addressed all my concerns. The office is immaculate as was the unit and the grounds are clean. Ashley was very helpful in moving day and after. She even called me when I left the unit unlocked. Ashley is a joy to work with. She is very attentive and you can be proud of her a an employee. Sharon

02-08-2024I needed a storage unit for six months, called around and Ashley at Public Storage was the only person I talked to that understood what me and my family needed, reassured me and made the process so simple during this hectic moving transition. She helped with doing auto pay so I don't have to worry and answered every question professionally. She made sure I received a unit easy to access when I'm with my kid and never got frustrated with my ongoing questions. I never do reviews. However, I believe this one was; well, Ashley couldn't have been better at her job. Thank you!

02-08-2024We rented a unit and within the space of 14 months, they've raised the rates twice. Now it costs nearly twice the original price every month. These people are scam artists and no we will have to find another storage unit nearby. It started at $128. It is now $215.
