03-16-2026Wayne was a great help, very knowledgeable and eager to assist! 5 stars for him! However, not happy overall with Extra Space Storage. They have many hidden fees and dont disclose them until rates go up, charges occur, etc. I would recommend definitely reading the fine print and asking about future charges before committing.
