01-24-2024Since storage units were taken over by Public Storage... It's near impossible to see or speak with a physical person on site. On the door there's a QR code to rent a space without even having looked at the unit and a phone number that if you don't currently have a unit there is no option to speak to a real person. After renting a space they raise the rent every 6 months and every 3 months after that. It is literally cheaper to move to a new and larger unit every 6 months.
