10-15-2025I didn't even get info on a unit before I decided against this place. Some guy named Miguel answered the phone. I was pleasant. I asked about a 10x8 unit and inquired about a price. He asked for my name and phone number in case we get disconnected. I said I just want info on the unit. (I don't know the company and have no idea if they're above selling my info or not). He immediately hung up on me and thr next time I called back... what was a one second wait turned into me being on hold for so long that I decided he likely saw my number on his caller ID and is ignoring me. This was a really weird first contact with this company. I'll be looking for storage elsewhere.
