11-10-2025This place is very clean and taken care of compared to the storage unit I had just moved from .I like the fact that my stuff will be secure and I wont have to worrie about cause it's very close to my work.

10-01-2025The worst service! They keep raising my rent. Every month. It all started at $94. Then they increased the rent to $118. Fine, I agreed. After that, they raised it to $126. And with the report that I will attach as a screenshot, showing that on September 12 they promised to keep the previous rate of $118 for three months, despite their own words and promises, and the fact that they wrote it themselves, they still raised the rate to $126. This is a very bad company. Many times they blocked my access. There is never an employee in the office to turn to.

09-06-2025The staff at this location are extremely helpful. I have had a great experience with the staff; however, I rented a new unit less than 6 months ago, and this month my rent was increased over 35% from $158 to $215 per month which has totally killed my budget. I will likely have to go hungry this month. I did not even know that my new rent rate was move-in discount, as that was not indicated on the unit I reserved online. This has everything to do with corporate, and not the location management.

08-31-2025Aaron should teach a class in customer service! He was friendly, professional, and helpful. He answered all of my questions. He is the reason we stayed with public storage and will continue to do business with public storage. The units are clean, the property is clean and secure. 07-14-2025I went to this facility yesterday and met Al. I have worked for storage facilities in the past for over 10 years and Al was one of if not the best rep for his company that I have met to date. Al was not only knowledgeable but very professional and patient. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding this facility and I actually felt comfortable as if we really knew each other. I trusted him and that is big for me. There were no high pressure sales tactics and because of that I just wanted to start shopping there...lol. I was unsure of this particular company and Al put my mind to ease for sure.
