09-01-2024Excellent and outstanding customer service that Erich the facility manager provided me with !!!! Erich was so very helpful on helping me open a storage unit over the phone. Erich was so patient and very knowledgeable on all the questions I had. Erich exudes what a platinum customer service experience should be. Love the fact that Extra Space Storage has the management living on site, that gives me peace of mind of no riffraff and/or keeping people out that dont belong there. Erich keeps the property looking clean and very well kept. Erich also walks the grounds and makes sure the storage units are secure and no signs of the units being tampered with. I've dealt with other storage company's before and Erich is a gem! I look forward to continuing doing business with Extra Storage Space for years to come, all because of the exceptional employee's they have looking over the facility property and my personal property. 08-24-2024This storage facility is by far the best one I've ever used. The staff is friendly and they do their job daily. They check locks and units to ensure that everything is locked and secure. If they notice an unlocked unit or something amiss, they will reach out to you and advise you of the situation. Helpful when it comes to choosing the right storage unit size for your needs. The prices are competitive and they offer deep discounts on certain units unlike the other places. I moved in on a FLASH special that you can only get on-line. They pop up without notice and are good for 24 hours. $85 for a 10'x15' unit is cheap and I'm saving tons of money. The grounds are pristine. The units are immaculate. You can do the whole rental thing on- line before you even walk in the office door. Move out of your overpriced unit somewhere else and downsize a bit like I did. Reorganize your stored items so you can get to them when you need to and save money.

08-18-2024I had the pleasure of working work Napua over the phone today. When I first called in she asked if she could call me back as she was helping another customer. To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised that she did (I can't tell you the amount of companies say they'll call you back and never do). Not only was she a great help in helping me secure my unit, she was very friendly and polite. *This is my second unit here as I've always been treated with kindness and respect.
