01-31-2024Company is fine. Most of the Employees are ok. Cora specifically, is deeply struggling with her customer service. When asked questions about a customer account at her location, she barely has any knowledge about anything or how to help customers. Nor does she feel inclined to find out information for them. She has no idea how long it takes to go to auction, she has no idea when more knowledgeable employees will be at the office for questions, nor does she have any helpful information outside of what she has been teleprompted to call about. She quickly catches an attitude when she is asked questions she doesnt know. She constantly interrupts others when they are speaking. And she is extremely unpleasant & negative to work with.

01-25-2024*DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY* My unit was carefully & methodically robbed. The thieves drilled out my lock and replaced with one of their own. Management and staff could not be LESS helpful. Call the police.. nothing we can do.
