08-30-2024I just moved in to ExtraSpace from Trojan and this has been a much more efficient and customer friendly experience so far. We did everything online and pulled right on in the gate to our storage. Mike, the manager on site is very friendly and even gave me a ride in the golf cart to my space. There are lights inside my unit which will be great for those times I come after sunset and there are bathrooms available for the customers which is rare in storage facilities for some reason. So far I'm glad I made the move.

08-30-2024So far, I am very pleased with ExtraSpace storage and everything it has had to offer so far. Michael at the junction Boulevard location in Roseville California has been especially accommodating and has gone out of his way to make sure that the process of getting into my new unit has been seamless. Great personality and is quick to answer any questions I have. As long as rates stay moderate, and I feel that everything is fair, I suspect I will rent my unit for a while.
