I needed a storage space immediately. I found Extra Space online, and the special was the best price I could find--they beat everyone else. I reserved the space online, then went to the facility to finalize everything. There were two people in the front office, and both were very courteous, professional, and helpful. I purchased a lock, which seems extremely tamper-proof, and then went to look at my new unit. It's conveniently located by the elevator, and it is very clean. I moved in my stuff that same day! My only comment for improvement is the overhead lighting--it could be a little brighter. I am very happy with Extra Space so far.

Ive been with Extra Space storage for over 3 years now at the same location and love the convenience and proximity to my home. Special shout out to Alex and supervisor Lloyd for always taking care of me and being available to answer any questions I had! Ill be renting there for a long time!

tl;dr I wanted to downsize to a smaller cheaper storage room within this facility. Extra Space Storage was very helpful about it and bent over backwards to make it easy for me to do so. Longer story: My family is slowly getting rid of junk and after almost three years the large room we have was less than half full. I talked to Lloyd on a Tuesday about it. He showed me a suitable space on the same level of the facility. I told him that I couldn't do the move until Friday. He said to come back Friday morning and we would do the paperwork. I understood that we just had a verbal agreement which was not legally binding. When I came back at opening of business on Friday, someone had already booked the room that I wanted. Lloyd found another room on the same level at a very good price. The paperwork was fast and easy, and by lunchtime I was completely moved. Lloyd supplied a broom and a large garbage bag so I could sweep the place out, and took my garbage bag to the trash when I was done. Thanks to Extra Space Storage for going the extra mile and helping me get this off my to-do list.
