02-02-2024Absolute worst new management team or owners. They covered all power outlets in the storage unit hallways this week without warning. Then they raised the rates for the second time since taking over. This time the increase is $50 more per month! The total increase since they have taken over in less than a year is $75 per month. They really only care about nickle and diming their customers while taking away the good things about this facility in Fort Mill, SC. And if you read all the past reviews most of them were about Gloria who Public Storage decided was too good for the customers here so they fired her. Dont be fooled by the good reviews. Those are from the previous owners.

10-03-2023Was charged twice for the same month. And the 2nd charge was $75 more then the $200 we already pay. The company has been of no help. Poor customer service. Also, notice that most of the good reviews were posted before the company changed ownership! Please dont store your stuff here.
