Id like to give a big shoutout to Josh ! I had a situation with my unit on South Blvd, NC. They were unable to help me there, so Josh was contacted, who in turn contacted me. It was a complicated situation that Josh could think outside of the box and resolve for me. From the get go he was friendly and listened to my situation, and found a solution! He called when he said he would, and it was all resolved in quick timeframe. I really appreciate what Josh did for me!

Joshua was a huge help! He got helped us choose the right size storage locker and gave us tips on how to remember our code and how to open the lock. If it wasn't for that one trick, I would've had to ask for the code as I seem to have misplaced it. But thanks to his tip, I was able to still have access and actually remember the code by memory. The area is clean and organized as well as the bathrooms, the prices are great at affordable rates and the workers and the location are simply amazing. The only downside would be that during rush hour, making a left turn and coming in from the left are almost impossible. Other than that, great storage place!
