AL is the consummate professional. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and concerns. Being that this was first time renting a storage unit I was kind on nervous but he helped assure me that my personal belongings would be in good hands I highly recommend anyone looking for a good place to leave their property to stop by and lease a unit!!

I wish I could give more than four stars. This is the best experience I've ever had purchasing a storage unit the young lady at the location I believe her name is Tara if her name is not Tara I apologize but she made everything so very very easy I have a lot of very expensive things It was easy to make sure that my things are insured and the climate control there won't be any rodent droppings or rodent damage on to my very expensive furniture. I have very expensive taste and I wouldn't trust My personal belongings with anyone else but extra space storage The young man that helped me on the phone and believe his name was Al just a moment ago because I had a question about moving out of my unit which I hate to do because they're such good people but I'm not going to need it anymore He told me how to go about changing my anniversary date if I'm not able to be out by my original date and pay a prorated price instead of full price kudos kudos kudos to always do on the right thing you guys by your customers Thank you so much Veronica Johnson AKA MeMe
