02-27-2024I came into the Gessner location on 2/28/24 and the property manager Ifeoma was very helpful in showing me some spaces. I was hesitant about storing but she help ease my doubts. She gave me some good information to think about. She is good I would go back and see when I decide.

12-19-2023DO NOT USE THIS PLACE if you ever want to see your things again! I rented a unit here for just a few months from Sept to Dec of 2023. In October I received an email saying the door to my unit was being replaced and that a new lock was being put on, that I could retrieve the keys at the office on my next visit. Well, upon driving 15 hours down there to retrieve the last of my things, I arrived, went to the office and they couldnt find the key to the new lock they put on! They told me I could have a locksmith come if I paid for it myself! Even after attempting to do that, the locksmith could not arrive before the office hours ended and I had to leave Houston that night after a 4 hour ordeal of looking for this key and trying to get locksmiths! The office people are completely incompetent and unhelpful, and my things are pretty much a loss now because I had to drive 15 hours back without them. An absolute nightmare and I still cant get anyone to answer the phone or explain why a new lock was put on and no key was left! Do not use this place, its practically criminal!
