03-21-2024Jeff was so kind and helpful. Just an all around nice person. He was covering 2 locations and was very good with keeping us up to date on when hed be at the one nearest to him. I completely understood and it was worth the wait to work with him. Explained everything to us in detail and didnt make us feel condescended or stupid, this having been our first storage unit rental. He talked to us about bugs and our situation and was an all out amazing employee! Space was more than what we needed and storing here has been such a help to us! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!
