This started bad but ended pleasant. When I first signed up I was greeted by a phone call from a man named Petar who immediately started yelling and remaining things. I had to tell him several times to calm down and explain what he was yelling at me and what he wanted. He wanted me to sign a second contract or good luck figuring it out in my own when I showed up to my unit later he had locked us out of it. And when I went to leave he was picking fights and yelling more. Even though we let him know we clearly had a code and an out there. He was a true POS. I immediately called requesting to cancel my unit. I recieved a call from Reese the next day asking what had happened. After explaining I. Detail she was PISSED for me. She was very apologetic understood why I wanted to leave and asked if she could make it right. She let me know that he would never step foot in that location again I agreed to try for a month and see what I feel afterwards . On my arrival Reese apologized more for what happened she went above and upgraded me to a better unit that was more accessible. She was very understanding. Sympathetic and treated me like an actual person. Unlike Peter. I left feeling much better about the experience with Reese, not very many people listen without being defensive, not very many people want to make things right and Reese went above and beyond to do all of that.
