local storage at 109 in Lindenhurst is infested with mice. Clothes were eaten thru and urine on clothes. As we were moving clothes a mouse ran across my daughters feet. She is now having extreme anxiety. She is putting in a claim but nothing is being done to correct this problem
the young man at the front desk is rude and has no care about people. I was asking questions about my unit and a letter that I received and he just blew me off and was completely rude and rushed me off the phone like he didn't want to do his job. this is an on going issue with this young man not wanting to do his job on more than one occasion.

Raised my rent after only 5 months by an additional 40%! I'm really struggling right now, so in person, I requested employee to please submit a request on my behalf for owner to review the exorbitant increase on my account. Employee told me that a computer automatically declined my request, but gave me a phone number to "We Care Center" with Public Storage and told me to call the number for further help. Person on phone from "We Care Center" told me the same thing, a computer automatically declined my request, despite me asking to have the owner please review the 40% increase on my account after only 5 months & to please give me a call back, I was told a person would not be able to call me back because a computer already denied my request. This review is apparently my only way to try to get in contact with the owner to please review and reconsider the 40% increase on my account. Thank you.
