12-29-2023Deleted my old 4 star review because they've nearly doubled their prices in just two years. Considering it's in a sketchy neighborhood where people are constantly trying to break in or throw rocks at people's cars...$170/month is way too much for an unsheltered parking spot. That and they apparently let go of Tamara, one of the best managers at a business ive ever seen.

12-27-2023Unhappy with service, unhappy with groundskeeping, the hours are awful... Access is closed at 6pm.. and especially unhappy with the third price increase. Not the one after our sale price expired, not the one after we were paying the "normal after sale" price .. but the next one! From under $200, to $255 to $350+. 10x20. Our new storage has as 10x15 for $200
