12-26-2025This is a good location and Vickey is great, nice and helpful. However, I was not aware that the rent would be raised after 3 months. Check the agreement before signing to be aware. They can charge up to the going rate which could be double or triple the intro offer. Also, check the wiring in the ceiling in the storage unit. I would suggest picking a unit that is separated completely from the adjacent units by metal wall only. I had something valuable stolen from someone prying open the ceiling wiring. I didnt have insurance from the facility, so it was a complete loss. I would recommend double checking your own insurance on your goods if you dont go with their insurance. Overall this is a clean and nice facility, and unfortunately I had a less than ideal experience.
