03-01-2024The property manger went above and beyond, and was very professional and courteous. The facility's grounds are maintained, and the security is adequate. Although there is no temperature controlled units, the buildings are slightly better than other locations I've encountered. I look forward to using this location again in the future.

11-10-2023I have been a tenant for a couple of years now. I'm currently downsizing my unit. My payment has increased by $30.00. That is alot when you are on a fixed income. However, Chris has been very helpful with helping me with other options. He suggested getting a smaller unit. So I will definitely be doing this. I appreciate his help! He is also going to try to pick a smaller unit that will be closer to the one I am currently in. Easier for me to move things! Thank you so much Chris! You've always been very helpful!! You are an asset to this company!

11-05-2023I can only give this place one star because in the last year, they have increased our rent by $100.00 for absolutely no reason. Even when you pay on time they still increase rent by ludicrous amounts. We are now leaving public storage. They just lost really good renter's. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS STORAGE FACILITY. The absolute greed from this business is a astonishing. Update-it's been 7 months now with the new storage facility and they haven't raised my rent 1 penny like this place did. Go rent from Comet storage.
