03-07-2024I had been here for almost two years. When I got there a few months in I noticed mice droppings and I was told there was nothing they could do that the exterminator would go around but not in the unit. Today Im moving out and I see excessive mice droppings afraid of what I may find when I start to unpack. Also, what they wont tell you is that there is no grace period. I tried to get at least a one day grace because I was unable to move quickly so I ended up paying for an entire month, plus moving in itself is expensive. The property manager isnt the nicest person and no one is welcoming here. If youre looking for an apartment and using a storage make sure youre able to move before the first because they will charge you for the month. The customer service wasnt the greatest and neither was my experience. Find another place and do better research. I dont normally leave bad reviews but when I do theres a reason behind it and I may be saving someone else the headache.
