05-07-2025AVOID PUBLIC STORAGE AT ALL COSTS!! These people would screw over their own mother to make a buck. The people in the office and customer service are dishonest and deceitful. Give you the wrong information then you get held to the contract you sign. There is no recourse for the employees blatantly lying or giving out misinformation in order to keep YOUR $ in THEIR pocket. Rent increases frequently, new customers get cheaper rates, poor customer service and poor management team that doesnt actually care about the customer. No accountability for giving bad information or empathy.
