02-02-2024Twice I was there before 9 am at 925 brick. Was unable to get into my inside storage as door was locked. Hours posted are 6am.

01-06-2024Public Storage price gouges their customers after 3 months....stay away from this company. They've raised rates to over $120 more than the initial rate less than a year of moving in. They are criminals and corporate rats ..

12-03-2023Overall, the place is clean and convenient. My issue is with the pricing. What started out as a $208 unit 18 months ago, is now $327 a month. I do understand they tell you when you sign that the rates 'fluctuate'. I have not seen any fluctuation, just increasing. The same size units that I rent, for new customers are $109. The solution I received was to go in, rent a different unit of the same size, and actually move all of my things into that other unit so I can get the lower price. And no, they won't just price match or give a loyal customer discount. The monthly rental increases are not worth renting with this company.
