03-01-2024Its a SCAM! Low price gets you in the door and then it all begins! No carts to move your property in or out! Repeated increases that are not affordable. Move to a much smaller unit and after a few months, another increase in rent, and NOW another increase! I called to discuss and no one returned my call. Chatted with customer service and it was escalated and I was told that I was not eligible for my rent increase to be deferred. I am leaving and my daughter has already left! Do not believe their lies! Can anyone explain what I am getting for all the rent increases? Read the fine print! It might be legal but is immoral.

01-23-2024Where do I begin? Ok! So I have been storing my items here for some years as I currently reside out of the state. I been with them since when they were CubeSmart. Ok so I have seen the hands of management change a time or few. The experiences have been very awesome though. The people that are currently working Jeff and Vincent are some of the most understanding and REALIST people I have interacted with. They know what it is like to try to do what you can in a struggling economy. They are NOT judgmental, they are NOT condescending, and they are KIND, SINCERE AND did I mention kind? They are personable and really work for their people. I am appreciative to have stored my items there and hoping to get that stuff out as it has been too many years. The only negative comment I have DOES NOT APPLY to the staff but to the greedy azz corp. The rental increases is ridiculous. This aint rent. It is a storage unit. Like really.

Scorpion Truth
01-02-2024Ms. Candy has A1 customer service! 1/3/2024; I received an automated text message stating I would be charged a late fee due to there was no record of payment on the account. I moved out on 12/16/2023. Thank God I took pictures and recordings to be able to provide proof of me moving out because just that same day, (due to having to leave the storage unit up to indicate the storage was no longer occupied by me ) someone took it upon themselves to put their over flow of things into my vacated storage. I called the property and Ms. Candy and Makayla informed me they would go check the storage get back with me. Ms. Candy called back and we were able to get everything resolve in a swift manner!! If I ever move back to the area and need storage; I would not hesitate to rent there again!
