01-01-2024Wort customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Received a shabby run down storage locker and after 2 months they raised the rates, and good luck canceling their service. They will not and I repeat will not answer the customer service line. Ive probably spent close to 4 hours listening to elevator music, but the second you inquire about another storage they pick up in minutes. Complete scam!!
