08-15-2024Hello! I don't usually do reviews, but I thought, why not? I've never rented a storage unit before, but going through Extra Space Storage made it easy. The unit was decent sized, just what I needed. It was clean, as well. The controlled units was a definite plus, being as I have some stuff that would be damaged if it got too hot. I did run into an issue regarding payments, but a gentleman by Ronnie was able to help fix my issue quickly and efficiently. He was patient and made sure I understood what the issue was and was able to solve my problem. Thanks again, Ronnie! Will definitely rent from here in the future!
