08-25-2024The staff was always polite, cheery & very helpful on my visits. The facility was very clean & have decent hours to access my storage. The building & surrounding area felt very safe. Having operable moving carts was a plus.

08-11-2024I got in fast at the last minute. And the place was super clean even though it was upstairs it was accessible for the small things I had. They have long dollies to move your stuff with. And I wish that there were regular locks only because they have the kind that is the entire lock mechanism and it was hard to figure out at first. So I guess I wont be getting a refund on that!! Oh well nice place open until 10 great customer service! In fact the person on the phone was the best experience out of all of this.
