01-02-2024I would highly recommend finding a storage unit at a different location. This facility is so rundown, the gates are routinely no longer working and they have a staff member named SUSIE with the absolute worst attitude and lack of customer service skills Ive ever encountered. There are so many other storage units to choose from around Houston Dont choose this one.
