02-28-2024My husband and I own a business that services NRG arena events. The location is perfect for that! I have had the most amazing customer service from a staff member named Wednesday. Shes always polite and helpful when I call in and shes always helpful in person as well. She is the most pleasant staff member Dealt with at this location and I really hope they keep her because she really is amazing. My husband and I were considering ending our lease and meeting her has made us want to stay.

02-12-2024Terrible. Keep getting emails to "come secure my unit". Every time I go to do that, I am unable to access. The gate access codes no longer work, and management has been absent the last four times I came by. These times were well within the work day, around 2:00pm, which is well before posted closing time of 6:00pm weekdays. Management never answers the phone, or returns calls.

01-28-2024Terrible management. My door was broken for months and even still takes a man with a healthy back to open. My wife would never be able to get to our belongings. They raise the prices without any hesitation. Mine have gone up nearly 60% in a year. Frequently no one is on site, for days. A gate may be left open for most of a day and when you drive through the facility you will find half open doors waiting weeks for a repairman. Good luck.
