This Public Storage in the southeast Houston neighborhood of South Belt/Ellington is located on Shaver Street right at the intersection with Highway 3/Galveston Road.

02-04-2024I went here to help a friend move items to the storage space. It was very clean and easy access in/out the gate. Though we had to get out of the car and walk to the key pad in order to open the gate. The parking space is a bit narrow, but you can still get around the place.

12-06-2023Very upset!!! I paid a months worth but only used it a week. Called the location and got transferred to somewhere else. They have a rat problem or at least the storage next to me does and now I have rats in my mew home and customer service agent (Anthony) gave me a big attitude and stating there is nothing that can be done and how do we know your not lying. Its your house , your stuff, your problem now and would not transfer me over to a supervisor. I have rented storage rooms before and never had a problem!!! Its ridiculous!!! Will not recommend at all!! Zero stars!!
