Great service, young lady that helped me was exceptional @ representing PS and customer service! Ty
On two different occasions the kiosk has miscounted my payment. This entire company is a giant scam machine. Nearly everybody fails to understand the nature of leases. There is no customer service. This is effectively a landlord. Avoid ALL storage companies unless you love the idea of losing all your belongings. One year ago <><><><><><><> There are many companies that I have strong feelings about. Public Storage bought out my old storage provider and in the very first phone conversation they proved how utterly incompetent and generally horrible they are: I immediately despised their off-site customer support. Now that everything has gone virtual you have to jump through hoops just to pay your bill. They kind of conceded on a refund of late fees due to a multi-day saga involved in finding out when and where to hand them the giant (and growing) piles of cash required for them to not happily toss my belongings. It turns out they really only offered a small discount over the next six months that won't cover the full amount if I stick around that long. I hate them so much. I hate them more than any other company I've ever been wronged by. Take my advice and stay away. Find somebody local who won't be bought out. Edit: Today I used the kiosk for a cash payment and specifically counted out the money multiple times. The machine essentially stole $20 from me by shorting the deposit. Also, I specifically had asked the virtual attendant if there were limited access hours for the kiosk and was told it was available 24 hours a day. When I tried to go back inside to look for the missing twenty I found I had been locked out at 9pm. Why can't this company get anything right?
Very nice clean storage

Moved my stuff in today, water was leaking from the ceiling into my storage unit, no lights in the elevator...pitch black, super scary. Front doors didn't open or close, so anyone could just walk in. Not the best first impression. Called to try and talk to someone, like 30 calls with no response...until 6:30 pm. The lady ( Tracy, a literal wonder woman) was super nice and is meeting me tomorrow to move units but this is my first impression and it was awful. Hoping the move tomorrow looks better. But seriously, Tracy is the most helpful and wonderful!
Frank was so helpful
