03-29-2024Rented here 2/23 since it was walking distance from my home and my job had me relocate to the east coast temporarily. Came by 2/24 only to find my lock Brocken. Never received a call. Stated my line of 20 years was out of service when they tried to call me to inform me my lock was broken on 6/23. Over $5000 in personal items stolen. TVs, bike, Dyson products, air fryer, ice machine, water dispenser, coffee machine, sound bar, bar stools, all gone. However, found a cutoff lock from someone elses unit in belongings. Told cameras dont go back that far. Prior agent told me this happens a lot and shes finding another job. I suggest looking for a place where they dont allow their employees to break in and steal your items. Trying to log into my account and they already closed it and I had their insurance as well. I never leave any reviews but when your hard work to own your own is taken advantage of and no one cares, its important to notify and warn other potential customers. Poor customer service!

Becky at the front desk was critical to our decision to secure a space and continues to go out of her way above and beyond when we need things. The facility feels brand new, very clean, easily accessible, and fair prices. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for storage solutions and ask for Becky, shes a rockstar.
