02-28-2024UPDATE 2/29/24: I am changing my review from 3 stars back down to 1 again. If I could give them negative stars I would. I just received in my email that they are raising my rent on my unit from $368/month to $460/ mo as of April 1. That is almost a $100/ month increase. There prices as it is are ridiculous but to raise the rent almost $100 thats a 25% increase in rent. I can barely afford the $368/ mo how do they think I can afford almost $500/ mo. Originally I gave this storage a 1 star review. However that has changed. I honestly cant give them a 5 star so to compromise I have changed to a 3 star review. A director from the corporate offices called me and we were able to work out my back late fees andI only had to pay 1/4 of the late fees which helped rather than having to pay the full amount. He was also able to lower the amount of rent that is paid every month. That helped a bunch but I honestly think the fees for having to store are still really outrageous. I still really dont like having a storage unit but unfortunately it is still needed.
